Paste cu lamaie si capere


Ingrediente:
(4 portii)
300-400 grame paste fainoase ( rigatoni, melci, tagliatelle)
15 rosii cherry
2 linguri capere
o mana buna de busuioc proaspat
100 grame cascaval pecorino, taiat cubulete
1 lingura coaja rasa de lamaie
sucul unei jumatati de lamaie
1/2 ceasca de ulei de masline
sare
piper proaspat macinat (optional)

Pastele fierte al dente le-am amestecat cu frunzele de busuioc, rosiile cherry taiate pe jumatate/sferturi, coaja si sucul de lamaie, cubuletele de cascaval pecorino, caperele si uleiul. Am sarat dupa gust si le-am servit!
O salata de paste parfumata ce pica bine in zilele aceasta calduroase de vara, plus ca se prepara in nici 10 minute!
* se poate pastra la frigider pana a doua zi, si e la fel de gustoasa!
** pentru diversificare se poate pune si ton din conserva scurs bine de ulei

A sosit anotimpul meu preferat! Vara gasim din plin  fructe, legume si ierburi de tot felul ... trebuie profitat la maximum de ele! Zilnic fructe la micul-dejun si intre mese, multe lichide, preparate culinare pentru mic-dejun, pranz sau cina cat mai lejere si bogate in vitamine, minerale .... si culoare!
A venit vacanta, nu chiar cu trenul din Franta ... dar am sa ma bucur din plin de fiecare zi!
